Technical Recruiter Duties and responsibilities: Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering the right candidates. Maintain up to date knowledge of business plans and the impact on proposal recruiting needs, including timing of awards, program structure, and staffing needs. Actively contribute to proposal development by keeping the team up to date on the recruiting support and provide details on potential challenges in our efforts. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Develop new strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates. Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of candidates through on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and position specifications to get prospective candidates excited about the opportunity. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle technical recruiter. Knowledge of state and federal laws related to the recruitment and hiring process. Experience building passive candidate sourcing strategies. Strong verbal and written communication as well as organizational time management. Strong customer service skills. Microsoft Office and other related software. Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
