The Biller Genie team is looking for a VP/SVP of Product Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing the overall product marketing strategy. Besides new product development, you will be responsible for setting up the overall strategy for promoting our company's product and offerings.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDrive product marketing direction, by collaborating with stakeholders from sales, development and support.Manage and optimize subscriber journey from onboarding through billing to ensure best in class, frictionless customer experience. Educate sales, product management, marketing teams and the partner channel about competitive landscape and competitor offerings. Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and Technically optimize a variety of contact channels such as in-app messagesDrive improvement in activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement through targeted CRM campaigns throughout the user lifecycle;Collaborate with business stakeholders to define Appcues content scope and requirements for the applicationMaintain and analyze subscriber usage logs to help drive roadmapCraft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally. Required Skills3+ years of experience in product marketing Experience measuring & quantifying customer journeysDemonstrable understanding of modern web (UI) development processes, tools, and practicesDemonstrated leadership ability in an entrepreneurial environmentStrong knowledge of A/B testing, functional specification, and other product management tools and methodologiesAbility to break the long-term vision down into concrete, manageable, shippable deliverables that deliver user value as quickly as possibleCan thrive within a fast-moving environment; you prefer to adapt quickly as new information arises rather than follow an out-of-date planData-driven and analytical, alongside strong product instincts and a bias toward action.Familiarity with enterprise software like HubSpot and SalesforceExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detailExperience in software development or support and knowledge of agile development models is a plusLearning and development or instructional design experience is a plusHTML, CSS, or JavaScript experience is a plusSaaS and UX background is a plusBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and holidaysPowered by JazzHR6KCDeyDDOA
