New and exciting things are happening as we are ramping up for the completion of our new climate-controlled greenhouse.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting where your work will be valued and appreciated, we look forward to your application.Description of position:The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Responsible for full-cycle recruitingOutlines open positions, collect job requisitions and creates job descriptionsManages ATS and all other recruiting platforms and keeps platforms up to date with each candidate's status and relevant notes.Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.Conducts phone screens and selects qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.Creates and submits offer letters to selected candidatesBuilds and maintains a recruiting network using social media and online platforms Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Organizes, attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting events.Assists with the timely and smooth transition from recruiting to onboardingPerforms other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsRecruiting experience preferredMust be at least 21 years of agePass a Federal and state criminal history background checkSubmit to a drug screen following procedures set forth in COMAR transportationAbility to work individually and in a team environmentHigh School, GED or equivalent diplomaMust be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects, and perform daily repetitive tasksMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organizedExcellent time management skillsOur BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance (FT Employees)Paid Time OffCompetitive payEmployee Assistance PlanEqual Opportunity and Affirmative ActionDCM Inc. d/b/a MCP OPCO LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
