We are results based and not time based, and all team members are self-managed.We are currently looking for an Operations Agent to manage our freight forwarding coordination and customer relationships.The primary duties include providing exceptional service to our customers and working through our vendors to make our promises happen! This involves everything in the entire process of both domestic and international freight forwarding including accurately quoting, arranging, routing, tracking, costing and rating shipments.We might be a good fit if you enjoy:Providing superior service to all our clients, where our customers are never caught off guard.Working in a very fast paced environment. M - F, standard business hours.On-call hours may be required, once every 7-8 weeks on rotation, on-call hours are done remotely, employee is provided a computer and cell for remote on-call hours.The salary range for these positions is $48k - $60k, depending on experience.
