Minimum Qualifications:

Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience
  • Five (5) years of experience working in quantitative analysis, analytical problem solving, metrics development, and/or business strategy implementation in large organization.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an EEO capacity.

Job Summary/Duties:

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Reporting & Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, collection, analysis, documentation, and communication of underutilization of racial/ethnic, gender, veterans and individuals with disabilities groups. The incumbent performs research, analytical, and data management functions in support of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity. This Analyst maintains department database containing demographic workplace data and complaints of EEO discrimination. The EEO Data Analyst audits, reconciles, updates and tracks the status of complaints in automated reporting systems; and responds to all EEO related data and tracking information requests.

The incumbent also generates reports from databases including EEO reports required by state and federal government agencies; analyzes information from internal department databases and from external sources; identifies trends; and prepares presentation materials for the General Manager (GM) and Executive Management Team (EMT).
