Job Summary/Company: Our client, an association dedicated to supporting the needs of the transportation construction industry, is looking for an energetic Training and Outreach Coordinator to join its team. This person will oversee coordination of various workforce development programs in addition to providing member support.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees coordination and registration of various management training and other training courses
  • Manage online and onsite training programs and logistics, to include LMS and AMS support
  • Prepare training reports for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings
  • Point of contact between industry partners and developers of training programs
  • Maintains company website, including researching new ideas and tools in order to keep website running efficiently and user friendly
  • Provides innovative solutions for social engagement
  • Coordinates all social media releases and e-mail marketing campaigns, to include newsletters, event announcements, member updates, etc.
  • Assists as need preparing content for Membership Directory & Infrastructure MD Magazine
  • Coordinates all logistical elements for all association committees, to include agenda prep, scheduling meetings, keeping record of attendance and minutes, etc.
  • Prepare committee reports for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings
  • Provides creative input with branding, marketing, and membership engagement
  • Helps meeting planner in preparation and coordination of registration, marketing materials and additional event details (pre and post events)
  • Helps prepare meeting and event recaps to distribute to attendees and membership
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • At least two years of progressive administrative or operations experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, skills with Asana, SkyPrep, or other project management tools preferred
  • Diligent and energetic personality with a capacity to support multiple team members as needed
