BTS Software Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will join our team in a full-time position to directly impact the success and growth of our organization. The candidate will be primarily responsible for applying his/her technical recruiting expertise in identifying and hiring candidates with security clearances (TS/SCI with FSP) for specialized projects or contract positions, for US Intelligence Community Clients, both on or off-site within the US and overseas. Location: Columbia, MD Essential Duties: * Be experienced in recruiting for the highly competitive positions on US Government contracts within the Intelligence Community * Ability to create and execute successful recruiting strategies to find the talent needed for key cleared positions supporting * Perform the full lifecycle of cleared and non-cleared candidates using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques. * Demonstrate a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation * Appropriately screen, interview, and conduct initial and final offer negotiations when filling each job requisition * Ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of relevant agency and firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems and educate colleagues and clients * Ability to source candidates through traditional job boards and social media networks to include ClearanceJobs, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others, but will also need to have a network of their own beyond these sites to identify candidate referrals * Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships * Ability to work independently and provide updates as needed to company leadership * Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes Qualifications: * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Intelligence Community in recruiting: * Software Developers, Intelligence Analysts, System Engineers, Test Engineers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, and more. * Experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring of cleared candidates at the TS/SCI with Polygraph (FSP) and below * Strong cleared candidate sourcing and networking skills * Self-starter with exceptional communication and management skills * Strong negotiation skills that will benefit both the interest of the candidate and the success of the company Company Overview: BTS Software Solutions is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who are community-focused innovators who transform ideas into technology to serve people.
