Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a Security Services company that is looking for a full-life-cycle recruiter to join their team! This person will have experience in full desk recruiting and onboarding and be able to work in a high volume/high turnover environment. This position will be primarily remote but require to be local to the DC area for client management and networking purposes and the occasional need to report to the VA HQ office.

  • Full life cycle recruiting for various security based positions
  • Write job ads and post on job boards
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with new hire paperwork
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting (preference of a high volume environment)
  • Proficiency with Quantex or other ATS required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to network and create relationships in the local Baltimore community
  • High attention to detail
  • MS Office Suite
