Job Summary/Company: Our client is seeking experienced customer service experts to support a new project migrating customers to the newest network for their home security system. We are seeking fantastic candidates with Outbound Call Center Sales experience or Retention Specialists to join this project. If you have experience in an outbound sales environment, customer retention and are looking to be part of a great organization, look no farther! This position is available for remote work from the following states: DC, MD, VA, NC, FL, MA, OH, TN, OK, TX, and MO.

• Assist new customers with setting up security equipment in their home or business
• Perform system configuration, account activation and customer orientation, utilizing vendor websites
• Guide customers through integration of video cameras with their home broadband network
• Touch on current customers to explain features and benefits of upgrading to our new 3G system and products
• Prospect opportunities through inbound customer contacts
• Building/rebuilding value by making sure that our current customers have knowledge on our latest products
• Most if not all calls will be outbound
• Understanding customer needs and requirement

What You Bring:
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Able to warm and cold-call current customers
• Excellent organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
• Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Sales and customer driven attitude
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style
• Ability to connect with the team and make sure that metrics are being met
