Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is proud to partner with an educational nonprofit organization that provides time and cost saving benefits to students, schools and administrators while in a trusted, secure and private environment. Seeking a Technical Integration Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Will provide technical assistance with configuring software and cloud based solutions with secondary schools
  • Project coordination with taking from contract to setting up meetings, configuring and working with cross functional teams and schools (tech environment)
  • Discusses product development and life cycle - understands third process flows
  • Coach clients on file formatting, administration, reporting and submission of files.
  • Build profiles, document progress, and provide administrative support.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including through military service will be considered.
  • Competency working with WebEx, and project collaboration tools such as basecamp
  • Competent in supporting Clearinghouse services, typically acquired after 3 years of experience in a service support department at the Clearinghouse, or, equivalent experience in implementing software with external vendors/clients and driving timelines and providing functional direction
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and active listening skills
  • Previous account management experience is preferred
  • Excellence in customer service is required
