Psychotherapist

Dr. Goldberg & Associates seeks to hire full-time W2 employees OR independent contractors experienced as psychotherapists (Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers) at our Alexandria locations (Old Town and Stevenson/near landmark mall) as well as our brand-new locations, Mclean and Reston. Remote work is possible for psychotherapists living in the Metro DC Area.

Dr. Goldberg & Associates requires candidates who are prompt, strive to enhance human well-being, and help meet the basic human needs of all people. We are ONLY seeking fully licensed mental health professionals [MSW, MA, Ph.D. or PsyD] in the VA area in good standing with no previous malpractice claims. Having additional licenses in DC and MD or Psychpact membership is a plus but not a requirement. Candidates who work with Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples or Bilingual is also a plus.

Prerequisites for the position of Psychotherapist include the following: A Virginia license in good standing with no malpractice claims. A one-year minimum commitment with a contract is required for full-time psychotherapists with a non-compete as we prefer longer-term hiring to reduce patient disruption. The candidate must be able to see a minimum of 30 patients a week for a 40hr work week. Benefits include health insurance, access to 401k program with employer match as well as PTO. Contractors can work part-time (8 or more pts) or full-time (20 or more pts/wk)

 85,000/year Masters Level.

Psychologists at the doctoral level to start (range 95k-125k)
