Reqs: Must have Bachelor's deg. or foreign equiv in Biological Sciences, Biotech., Biochemistry, or rel, + 5 yrs of progressively resp exp in job offrd or rel. Must have 5 yrs of progressively resp exp in biotech. or pharmaceutical industry w/ each of the following: cell-based assay dvlpmt, incl cell-based assay technologies & their application in biological characterization of biologics, incl assays used for cytotoxicity, cellular signaling, cytokine secretion, & proliferation; participating in assay training & performing sample testing; cell culture, cell line characterization, cell banking, & Assay Ready Cell Bank (ARCB) generation; immunology techniques, incl Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) & Homogeneous Time Resolved Fluorescence (HTRF); antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC); effector function characterization of monoclonal antibodies; & dvlp'g, qualifying, & transferring methods to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) lab.
