Adventist HealthCare Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an Executive Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Executive Assistant you will:
• Support in planning, organizing & maintains detailed calendar management & prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics
• Supports Medical Executive Committee, Professional Affairs Sub-Committee of the Board, •Semi-Annual Medical Staff meeting, Medical Staff Finance Committee, Ethics Committee and Nominating Committee
• Support Senior Medical Staff Leaders including the President, Vice-President, Past-President and Secretary/Treasurer in scheduling physicians' meetings, dictations, writing and sending letters and memos on their behalf
• Responsible for Medical staff bookkeeping including annual budget, deposits, printing checks, and reconciliations.
• Responsible for creating, distributing, and updating the SGMC ER call schedules
• Responding to & screening sensitive incoming telephone calls & e-mails. Entering payroll via KRONOS for Medical Staff Services, Quality Services, Risk Management, Infection Prevention, etc.
• Serves as project coordinator for projects supporting the Physicians and Medical Staff Services
• Provide secretarial support to Medical Staff Services and Quality Services including booking conference rooms, scheduling team events, and office supply maintenance and ordering

•Bachelor's Degree required (preferred in Healthcare or Business)
•5-8 years demonstrated administrative experience is required
•Experience maintaining an Executive's calendar in C-Suite environment
•PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications Preferred
•2+ years Bookkeeping experience Required
