This is your opportunity to join the Growth Marketing team of Capital One's fast-growing consumer app. You will help drive the vision and roadmap for creative strategy across a suite of digital channels. The Growth team is dedicated to driving user growth and engagement One Shopping, a rapidly growing digital savings product used by millions of US shoppers.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing the creative testing roadmap, including ad creative templates, targeting, and placement initiatives, spanning the internet's largest digital channels like social, video, and more
  • Obsessing over competitor and market trends, continually refreshing your strategic agenda based on market shifts
  • Coordinating media production and copywriting teams (internal and external) for creative tests while also developing your own material where needed
  • Leveraging internal playbooks and templates to expand winning insights to other core channels and audiences
  • Partnering with account executives on core channels to improve performance, test new features, and uplevel team & personal knowledge
  • Working with the Growth engineering team to build new tech focused on increasing creative quality, testing faster, and boosting team productivity

Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of Digital Marketing experience, including social media, video, and display channel marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience with creative testing and campaign optimization


Preferred qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience working for an in-house creative team or ad agency
  • At least 2 years experience in video production, copywriting or graphic design for an in-house creative team or ad agency
  • Experience working as part of a performance marketing team or with a B2C software product
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Video editing software, eg Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro
