The vascular interventional technologist assists physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided vascular and non-vascular procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and more. Utilizes sophisticated fluoroscopic equipment to capture images of blood vessels and internal anatomy for diagnostic and therapeutic benefit.


Technologist must be proficient in Interventional Radiology, Vascular Interventional, and Neuro Interventional procedures. Technologist must demonstrate the capability for maintaining professional and cooperative working relationships consistent with the Holy Cross guiding behaviors, as well as support the mission and philosophy of Holy Cross Health.

What you will need:

Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.

3 years' experience in a progressive acute care setting hospital performing IR, Neuro, and Vascular cases

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Vascular Interventional Radiography, or equivalent (highly preferred)

ARRT Certification

Licensed by the State of Maryland.

BLS/ACLS Certified through AHA
