Responsibilities
- Manage email account
- Manage all parent/child electronic and hard copy accounts
- Manage all billing and payments
- Process all registrations
- Schedule tours, parent and Director meetings, staff meetings as necessary.
- Update calendars
- Ensure parents notifications are distributed as necessary
- Track staff training
- Support the Program Director with administrative functions when directed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, 1 hour break
