  •  Manage email account
  •  Manage all parent/child electronic and hard copy accounts
  •  Manage all billing and payments
  •  Process all registrations
  •  Schedule tours, parent and Director meetings, staff meetings as necessary.
  •  Update calendars
  •  Ensure parents notifications are distributed as necessary
  •  Track staff training
  •  Support the Program Director with administrative functions when directed


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, 1 hour break
