  • Supervision and leadership of full-time and part-time student recruitment staff to ensure optimization of enrollment outcomes;
  • Serve as the representative of the office and College on university-wide committees related to student recruitment and liaise with the George Mason University Office of Admission to ensure staffing of central undergraduate and graduate recruitment events and, overall, the optimization of centrally provided recruitment resources to the benefit of the College;
  • Support prospective students by responding to inbound communications (phone and email), meeting with unplanned office visitors, and participating in recruitment events;
  • Execute a pre-determined number of admissions consultations, available to prospective students via an online scheduling tool, including offering times outside of standard working hours 2-3 nights a week (5p-7p); and
  • Contribute to overall integrated strategic planning efforts of the office to support the achievement of strategic enrollment objectives set forth by College leadership.
