Studio AdministratorThe Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media (RRCHNM) seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Studio Administrator for our new podcast and video production studio. In this job, you will be responsible for all aspects of the administration of the studio, including booking interviews, providing assistance with fact checking, coordinating student assistants, purchasing supplies, and managing the various technology and platforms used in our work. You will also curate the existing video content that the Center holds, working with other team members to get that material up online. You need not have experience in working on audio projects yourself, but we want someone who likes podcasts and listens to them, and is a team player. Responsibilities:Fact checking for shows;Managing studio memberships;Booking guests;Scheduling studio time; andCurate existing video content to usable forms for the Internet of today. Required qualifications:2+ years of experience as an administrator;Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once; andExperience with historical research. Preferred qualifications:Experience working in an audio-production environment; andGraphic design experience.
