Administrative Assistant (Testing Site Operations Assistant) This position is funded through December 17, 2021 George Mason University's, Safety, Emergency, and Enterprise Risk Management (SEERM) office invites applications for an Administrative Assistant (Testing Site Operations Assistant) position. Responsibilities: The Testing Site Operations Assistant will work under the supervision of the Onsite Testing Manager and is responsible for checking in surveillance testing and vaccine clinic participants. This role includes ensuring participant registration, verifying identification, and helping to ensure efficient testing operations. This position will also assist in testing site set up and break down each day. Specific duties: Verify participant information;Enter student/employee data;Print and affix bar codes to sample tubes;Provide testing instructions to participants;Set up and take down of testing site each day;Assist with cleaning. Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills;Exemplary customer service skills;Knowledge and experience with computer applications;Appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information;Ability to lift 20 pounds;Administrative or relevant experience;Critical thinking skills;Attention to detail;Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;Proactively address issues/ask questions.
