Established small bipartisan firm is looking to hire an office manager to fill position.  Small firm is looking for dedicated individual to make the trains run on time, ensure client visits to Washington are coordinated with responsible partner, and to ensure timely billing and payments. 

Ideal candidate has experience with Quickbooks, managing monthly billing and accounts payable, interfacing with IT and accounting and payroll professionals, managing front office staff and interns, and ensuring accurate and timely Lobby Disclosure Act filing.   FARA filing experience is a plus but not required.  

Salary commensurate with experience.  

Office is located one block from Archives/Navy Memorial Metro stop.   Position is in-person opportunity with remote flexibility.
