Program Quality Specialist

As a Senior Risk Associate at Capital One you'll be responsible for working with business partners to identify opportunities, process enhancements to create efficiencies, and maintain program methodology. This role requires highly motivated Risk Management professionals with excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail. This role will need to be able to understand, and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to program methodology. Additionally, this role will require working on various projects within the team. This person will interface with the Director+ population on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
• Execute targeted, complex Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for Independent Compliance Transaction Testing (ICTT), Compliance Control Reviews (CCRs), and Third Party Control Reviews (TPCRs)
• Adhere to all QA deadlines including review, grounding, calibration and finalization of results
• Communicate QA results to business partners and assist in error root cause analyses
• Assist in drafting quarterly QA memos for executive leadership
• Perform trending analyses to help inform team-specific improvement opportunities
• Maintain well organized records to substantiate QA results
• Assist with continuous improvement projects

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of quality assurance experience or 2 years of testing experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years of quality assurance experience or 3 years of testing experience
• 1 year of experience in Risk Management
