Senior Business Analyst - Workplace Analytics

The Workplace Analytics team is currently looking to add a Senior Business Analyst.

As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

Capital One is obsessed with recruiting and retaining the best people and having best-in-class workspaces, facilities and amenity services is important to achieving that. The Workplace Solutions team is responsible for all four walls of our buildings-and everything in and around them.

As we evolve into a digitally-focused company and foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging, our associates are changing the way they work, and we're constantly transforming our workplace, services and experiences to enable them to work the way they do best.

A typical day in the life of this Senior Business Analyst:

  • Providing robust data analysis to inform the testing of new products, strategies, and services
  • Brainstorming ways to drive optimization across our real estate footprint and improve process execution
  • Acting as a consultant to drive recommendations and implement solutions
  • Developing and monitoring dashboard reporting for key business initiatives

Your days look like that because:
  • We're committed to delivering a great workplace experience for all associates so optimizing our strategy is a pretty big deal to us
  • Our award-winning 10 million square foot real estate portfolio needs constant monitoring
  • There's cool data that we can leverage to understand how our associates work and make better-informed decisions on how to operate our portfolio
  • The concept of the workplace is changing in the wake of Covid-19, and we are rethinking the needs of our people and how and where we get work done

You'll need to wear many hats, including:
  • A great team player that partners with people across a wide variety of roles and job families and looks for synergies across teams
  • An effective communicator who listens and can explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative problem solver who can leverage different approaches and build on the ideas and perspectives of others

You'll love your job THE MOST if you:
  • Want to be part of a culture of innovation
  • Thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment
  • Love finding creative solutions to every-day business challenges
  • Enjoy working with a creative, cross-functional organization

Basic Qualifications :
