CRDF Global is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Global Recruiter.  The HR Generalist/Global Recruiter will conduct international recruiting activities, support talent acquisition for regular full/part-time positions, and assist our Business Development team on new business and proposal activities.  The ideal candidate will excel at working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, be solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment where collaboration is key.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Recruit talent for regular full/part-time positions and recruit talent for proposals and new business which includes full lifecycle recruiting, developing recruiting strategy/staffing plans, drafting external job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, presenting total employment package, and negotiating employment offers
  • Review and update candidate CVs to address qualifications required for roles specified in proposals
  • Implement strategies to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates; build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers and business development staff to understand staffing needs, priorities, and constraints
  • Meets established metrics for filling vacancies
  • Coordinate relationship with global Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
  • Assist with Talent Management/Human Resources projects

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ recruiting experience with business development experience preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in international recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruiting in global markets
  • Critical thinker, able to identify issues and opportunities, provide solutions and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with individuals at all levels.  Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Deltek Talent is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • U.S. work authorization is required
