Preschool Director

Center seeking full time Director. Position requires a degree (Bachelor's in Early Childhood preferred). Two plus years previous experience as a Child Care Director/Supervisor. Candidate must have knowledge of Virginia State Licensing regulations. Must demonstrate professionalism, supervisory skills, financial management, ability to communicate effectively and knowledge in curriculum planning. Candidate must be comfortable using technology as the position requires data entry and report creation. Director will manage up to 25 employees and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the program. A Criminal Background Check is required for this position.
