, Compensation negotiable. Executive Chef- 5+ years experience, motivated to revamp the menu and make it yours. Able to handle ordering, manage food costs, manage the rest of the BOH employees, create schedule, take on or delegate tasks like updating the menu and food notes for staff, ect. Sous Chef- 2+ years experience, abiltiy to communicate effectively with Chef and staff, able to run the kitchen and supervise when working. Provide menu input and offer up menu ideas and dishes. The majority of our BOH has been there for many years and are a great unit. We are looking for a great Executive and Sous Chef to lead the kitchen with seasonal menus. As far as owners go we are pretty hands off so this is a great opportunity for someone really looking to make the kitchen and the menu theirs.
