The successful candidate will own and execute upon a recruiting strategy for craft labor that will help Clark's continued growth in the DMV area. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-life cycle recruiting efforts for craft/construction labor across the DMV area including workforce planning, designing and executing sourcing strategies, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, E-Verify and onboarding new hires. Partner with hiring teams to become a recruiting consultant and strategic business partner to clients. Lead and participate in targeted hiring events and attend professional networking events/conferences (sometimes these events may take place outside of traditional business hours) Proactively generate and drive process improvements; provide more cost effective and timely recruitment while always seeking to improve customer and candidate experience. Leverage internal people data and insights in addition to external labor market analysis to help clients make more informed decisions. Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on recruiting efforts, result of efforts, and continuously refine recruiting strategy as needed while optimizing ROI. Establish and ensure appropriate processes for 100% compliance relating to EEOC, OFCCP, and any other compliance requirements. Accurate tracking of all hiring activities including openings, hires, source effectiveness, time to hire, etc. leveraging Clark's applicant tracking system. Partner with outside (Federal, State and Local) sources to attract talent from the Metropolitan Washington, DC area . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years search firm and/or corporate recruiting experience BA/BS or relevant work experience Must have a solid understanding of compliance practices and employment laws as they relate to EEOC & OFCCP. Exceptional customer service orientation (within recruiting team, hiring managers, HR team, candidates, vendors, etc.) Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions Ability to handle multiple changing and competing demands Exceptional organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail Track record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates Ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking Applied experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting related technologies High level of initiative with a drive for results Ability to manage confidential information and act with integrity and discretion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years construction recruiting experience (not required) Candidate assessment expertise including competency and behavioral interviews Prior experience with a CRM, programmatic job advertising, and labor market insights tools Workday Applicant Tracking experience Bilingual Spanish (preferred not required) Equal Opportunity Employer: Clark Construction Group, LLC, (subsidiaries and affiliates) is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
