A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE As a Retail Sales Associate at our home goods store, you arrive for each shift excited to meet new people, share your excellent product knowledge, and create profitability for Plow & Hearth. You love to chat with people and make personal connections easily. You are the definition of customer service! You initiate conversations with all who enter our store, as well as display and market our retail items. You eagerly provide suggestions that fit our customers' taste and lifestyle. In addition to making connections with customers, you stock shelves and create displays for new and trending products. Your attention to detail assists you as you balance cash registers at the end of your shift. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. QUALIFICATIONS Strong customer service experience Basic computer knowledge Must be able to stoop, squat, bend and climb ladders Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
