We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our PharmScript team in the Human Resources Department. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, the ideal candidate is responsible for providing Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is expected to stay updated on industry and market specific information or trends that could impact the candidate search process. They are a pro-active self-starter who demonstrates innovation and outside of the box thinking with their search techniques. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Drive recruiting strategies and processes to attract and retain quality hires effectively Develop relationships and partnerships with hiring managers and teams to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring practices and execution Develop and implement search strategy, ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against set criteria Create and manage a robust pipeline network of highly qualified candidates Drive the recruiting process by ensuring timely debriefs with hiring leaders, make appropriate offer recommendations and execute on a closing approach Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders and HR team to maximize the effectiveness and success of recruiting process Provide recruiting activities reports and KPIs Development, planning and execution partner in talent acquisition strategies and plans Developing job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview questions Coaching Hiring Managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques Initiating and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs and developing sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates Managing the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant information on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner Apply in-depth understanding of company and competitive intelligence, organizational structure Collaborates cross-functionally with IT, Payroll and HR staff to ensure successful new hire onboarding Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 4+ years' experience in high volume full cycle recruiting Strong customer and marketplace focus; negotiating and influencing skills; project management, and time management are required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel) is required Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required Ability to maintain a high degree of proficiency around data integrity Ability to work within a team approach in a fast-paced environment is required Excellent verbal/written communications skills Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills EEO Statement: PharmScript is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
