Laulima Government Solutions, LLC is looking for a qualified Training Clinical Research Physician to support our contract with USAMRIID PAM at Fort Detrick, MD. JOB DESCRIPTION: Description of Responsibilities Candidate will assist in the conduct of USAMRIID?s medical training and to be a subject matter expert physician in the field of infectious disease and public health. Performing the following tasks: Assist with administrative and regulatory support and participate in the development of technology based training/education tools as required by USAMRIID. Participate in institute training program as SME to support resident and on-line programs provided to CONUS & OCONUS organizations. Assist with writing reports of research activities and results/outcomes for submission to required government organizations and preparing manuscripts of research activities and results/outcomes for publication as assigned by Chief, Division of Medicine. Participate in meetings and presentations related to assigned duties and/or work performed. ? REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in a professional position providing guidance and technical expertise in interdisciplinary/multi-service teams of professionals. Experience must include a high level of expertise gained by study and practice in an area such as preventative medicine, public health, travel medicine or other related field. Must be GCP (Good Clinical Practice) trained or willing to attend GCP training Knowledgeable in the areas of clinical research and regulatory affairs as they relate to clinical studies, healthcare management, and technology-based or resident based training and education programs. Proficiency in basic MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ? DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: State Medical license Board Certification in a Primary Care Specialty including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Pediatrics with knowledge of adult medicine. Train and assist coworkers and technical staff with special knowledge and skills. Provide written summaries, reports, and other documents as needed in support of Division of Medicine. Perform duties and responsibilities independently based on broad guidelines and objectives provided by the Government Technical Point of Contact. ?
