Overview LMI is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to provide integrated and systematic financial and budgetary support to the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). The position is located in the national capital region. Responsibilities * Provide daily finance and budget support to BARDA-OD. * Manage BARDA Spend Plan and report out to BARDA Executive Leadership as needed. * Act as budget liaison for BARDA to OFPA and AMCG, and other Government offices * Assist BARDA-OD with budget planning, administration, reconciliation, and closeout activities. * Execute requisition entry into financial systems. * Prepare, route, and track funding packages. * Provide analysis and response for various data calls at all budget levels (portfolio, program, and project). * Support BARDA Total Live Cycle Management efforts. * Build finance reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analysis documents. * Build executive level finance briefings Qualifications * 6-8+ years experience * Bachelors degree in relevant field (business, finance, management) * Experience supporting Federal budget programs exceeding $500 million annually. * Advanced knowledge of Government budget management policies and procedures. * Advanced knowledge of Government contracting and procurement policies and procedures. * Knowledge of Inter/Intra Agency Agreements (IAAs) and Other Transactional Authority (OTAs). * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Excel. * Advanced proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat. * This position requires an eligibility for security clearance. You must be a US citizen.
