Northrop Grumman is in need of a Security Training Support specialist for Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Duties and responsibilities:* Manages and facilitates individual and collective security training for members * Oversee training and certifications of the resource augmentation duty (READY) personnel * Organizes, directs, and coordinates the unit commander's education and training program . Monitors Career Development Course (CDC) enrollments and testing * Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits throughout the unit and provides commander direct feedback on the quality of training * Conducts in-processing and collects/verifies training documents of all new arrivals; * Coordinates all initial base in-processing requirements * Interfaces with all levels of corporate and government management personnel * Champion security requirements, risks, and solutions and drive constructive change within the organization.Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience Active SECRET security clearance Valid US Drivers License 4 years experience Air Force Security Forces or similar experience AF Principles of Instructors Course or similar military instructor course. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense.
