Job Summary/Company: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Supervisor to join their team in support of a new project migrating customers to the newest network for their home security system. As a BD Supervisor, you will be leading the team in making sure that our customers have the most up to date in home security technology. It is very important for us to know that our customer have the piece of mind that they have the best in tech for their loved ones.

Responsibilities:
• Making a connection with current customers to explain features and benefits of upgrading and activating to our new 3G system. (touch on current customers)
• Lead a team of about 10 people max to touch on current customers and explain the benefits of upgrading and activating to our new 3G connection and products
•Building/rebuilding value by making sure that our current customers have knowledge on our latest products and services
• Most if not all calls will be outbound calls with current customers
Background Profile/ Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Able to lead a team of about 7-10 people in a call center environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
• Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Sales and customer driven attitude
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style
• Ability to connect with the team and make sure that metrics are being met
• Knowledge on using an Outbound phone dialer preferred
• Strong Sales leadership and customer support experience preferred
