General Summary:

Holy Cross Health is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology nurse to be a key member of the dept. The IR Nurse/Patient Care Specialist (PCS) is responsible for the direct and indirect care of patients in the acute care setting. This nurse will be responsible for the patient prior, during and after the procedure, administering medications and assisting during procedures.

Holy Cross Health has a mixed lab for Cath lab and Interventional Radiology. There are 5 labs.The Cath lab side performs elective Vascular, Cardiac & EP and emergency STEMI. The IR side performs IR, Vascular, Neuro and emergency Thrombectomy cases.

What you will need:

Baccalaureate and/or Master's degree in nursing required.
Master's degree preferred.
Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
BLS certification through AHA

Minimum of 5 years of specialty specific experience in an acute care setting
