This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. You will serve as an expert level Management and Program Analyst in the Executive Office, Research Services (R), Office of the Operating Officer (C).

Responsibilities

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will:

- Manage a highly complex administrative project workload.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and advise management on the effectiveness of programs and operations.

- Advise management on the productivity and efficiency of organization and resource utilization, including human resources and financial management.

- Develop, analyze, and evaluate a wide variety of complex programs, policies, procedures, associated goals and objectives, and mission operations.

  • Qualifications

    You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

    Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:

    - Using databases, spreadsheets, and other raw data sources collect timely and relevant data for management decision-making; AND
    - Analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies as well as assess data quality and completeness; AND
    - Preparing and delivering technical/narrative reports.

    In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
    For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
