The Sr. Account Executive will play a critical role on a start-up team for a technology company that is radically changing digital advocacy and stakeholder engagement for corporations, associations, and non-profits. We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic, and very hard-working individual who can work with Director, VP, and C-level executives to adopt the OneClickPolitics grassroots advocacy software solution. In this role you will act as a thought-leader in the digital advocacy field. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving and creative thinking skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will improve our clients ability to advocate for the public policy outcomes they desire through the use of our technology.What you'll get:Lucrative & highly competitive base salary + OTESDR / Marketing Generated leads to fuel your pipelineVision/Medical/Dental BenefitsWork remotely as neededDirect mentorship by the CEO Amazing team, growth and cultureRequirements:Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.Proven experience selling SaaS enterprise solutions (4+ years).Consistent proven ability to always exceed monthly/quarterly quota.Demonstrated success selling professional services coupled with software solutions.Ability to build and manage a large pipeline of ongoing sales opportunities effectively.Demonstrated success drafting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals.Great listener, educator, and persuasive communicator.Demonstrates patience, determination, and a positive attitude.Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a high degree of creativity.Strong experience utilizing sales tools cuch as: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sale Navigator.Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce that is 5x quota.Conduct daily prospecting activities and maintain a 'Hunter' mindset.Manage and track outreach to leads and opportunities in Salesforce.Average 8 completed sales demos with prospects each week.Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients through prospecting.Attend virtual trade-shows and events to network and meet new prospects.Communicate effectively with other sales and business development team members.Qualifications (Required):4+ years' of SaaS sales experience.Must have held an annual quota of 500k+ in a previous position and met or exceeded it.Must have maintained an average deal size of $15,000 or more in a previous role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.Relentless pursuit of quota overachievement each quarter.Organized and able to multi-task effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications (Preferred):Experience selling to nonprofits, trade associations, and agencies.Experience in politics, government relations, or public affairs.Managed by Staffer (www.staffer.cc)Powered by JazzHRk4JIBEk6Y8by Jobble
