Accounts Payable Manager - Hybrid in DC! About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on providing shelter and necessities to people in need! Due to growth, they are hiring a Accounts Payable Manager in their DC office! The organization is known for investing in their employees and loves to promote from within! Position is hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days remote! Laptop is provided! Pay: $29-34 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p. This position is temporary but depending on performance and fit it could become permanent! Our client is looking for an AP Rockstar, but if you have experience in payroll that would be a PLUS! Overview of the Accounts Payable Manager role: Reviews invoices, makes copies of invoices and sends to appropriate departments for Reviews all check requests, date-stamps, and invoices. Matches invoices and determines account coding. Inputs all vendor invoices in system. Balances edits and approves batch, after approval, then posts to AP sy Reviews aging and determines invoices to be paid. Prints reports. Generates checks in accordance with issuing guidelines. Records manual checks daily. Prepares check voucher and submit for approvals. Addresses employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments. Reconciles vendor accounts. Reviews and processes employee expense reports. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager: 5-10 year of Accounts Payable experience Bilingual is a plus! Proficient in MS Excel Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently Fast and accurate data entry required #CFS2021
