MUST BE A US CITIZEN.Job DescriptionThe Contractor Team shall provide operations and maintenance of applications AWS infrastructure.The Contractor Team shall implement changes to current applications and data pipelines based on the Sponsor's requirements.The Contractor Team shall support Sponsor's representatives in cloud environment purchase, engineering, and architecture related activities as applicable to applications.The Contractor Team shall help manage the Sponsor's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using the Agile Scrum development methodology, issue tracking applications, and team collaboration tools.The Contractor Team shall continuously evaluate program progress and evaluate incoming information to ensure the program is progressing on schedule.The Contractor Team shall assist the Sponsor's product owner with the assessment of program requirements.The Contractor Team shall assist the Sponsor's product owner with mitigating or avoiding risks.The Contractor Team shall assist the Sponsor's product owner in alleviating program issues.The Contractor Team shall coordinate stakeholder engagements such as user requirements sessions and trainings.The Contractor Team shall prepare meeting agendas and gather meeting minutes.The Contractor Team shall track Points of Contact, tasks and action items to meet program deadlines.The Contractor Team shall complete tasks within the Sponsor's approved Sprint Cycle timeframe.The Contractor Team shall support tasks requiring collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.The Contractor Team shall interface with stakeholders to ensure user stories are recorded.The Contractor Team shall deliver development requirements as requested by the Sponsor.The Contractor Team shall use a tracking system to track all tasks and user stories.The Contractor Team shall use a Sponsor-approved tracking system for issues and problems.The Contractor Team shall provide applications development and programming support to develop software to implement system-level requirements.The Contractor Team shall implement changes to the current applications based on changing partner requirements, legislation, and policy.The Contractor Team shall maintain and enhance current system(s) software.The Contractor Team shall implement new functionality to system(s) software.The Contractor Team shall provide application testing for existing applications.The Contractor Team shall create and maintain an automated test environment in the Sponsor's AWS environment using technologies such as Selenium or comparable testing tools.The Contractor Team shall develop applications and modifications to existing Sponsor applications in compliance with the Sponsor's architectural and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) process.The Contractor Team shall use Agile processes to conduct all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and development activities.The Contractor Team shall use existing Sponsor enterprise services (eg, access control) rather than building single-purpose solutions.The Contractor Team shall obtain prior approval for deviations via the Sponsor-approved waiver process.The Contractor Team shall catalog, manage, and protect application data using Sponsor enterprise services.The Contractor Team shall use Sponsor SecDevOps tools such as GitHub and Jenkins to develop, operate, and maintain mission solutions.The Contractor Team shall document mission solution architecture and interfaces, with any deviation requiring prior approval via the Sponsor-approved waiver process.The Contractor Team shall meet agreed upon performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for system up time, concurrent users, and system recovery for each new application or system enhancement.The Contractor Team shall monitor each application to provide status awareness and include a resolution plan for the application in the event of its failure.The Contractor Team shall comply with the Sponsor's Risk Management Framework to address and mitigate vulnerabilities and risks identified throughout the lifecycle of the project.Position RequirementsThe Contractor Team shall have the following required skills, certs, and demonstrated experiences:Demonstrated experience in an Agile Scrum team environment.Demonstrated experience incorporating practices such as sprint planning, continuous integration, testing, deployment & delivery of minimum value increments.Demonstrated experience using Agile Scrum development methodology.Demonstrated experience presenting financial data to non-financial experts.Demonstrated experience managing IT projects.Demonstrated experience with web stack technologies.Demonstrated experience with software design.Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis.Demonstrated experience developing with Java.Demonstrated experience working at all tiers of the architecture, to include Web UI, Business Logic, and Database layer.Demonstrated experience using JavaScript UI Framework such as EXT-JS or Angular JS.Demonstrated experience using tools such as Apache Tomcat, Apache Spark, Hadoop, SOLR, JDBC, ANT, Active Directory, LDAP, Regex, SQL, or JSON.Demonstrated experience with relational database tools such as Oracle or MySQL.Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services such as SMS, Data Pipeline, Relational Database (RDS), Cloudwatch, EC2, EBS, S3, KMS, or SMS.Demonstrated experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, or Artifactory.Demonstrated experience with testing tools such as Selenium.Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Demonstrated experience performing DevOps related activities such as certificate management and server patching.Demonstrated experience using issue tracking tools such as Jira (preferred) or similar.Demonstrated experience using team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similar.Security Clearance:Top Secret/SCI with Appropriate PolygraphOther demonstrated experiences that are highly desired, though not required, include:Demonstrated experience working with commercial financial data sets.Demonstrated experience integrating software with Sponsor's LDAP, PKI and must use services.Demonstrated experience integrating with various Sponsor applications using web services and APIs.CertificationsCertified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)Certified Financial Crimes
