VMLY&R seeks a Product Manager to bring insight in building web application experiences for the agency that provide our clients with true value. They will use their experience in marketing to build intelligent features for our products that will help drive new client acquisition, educate users about the product, and nurtures them towards higher levels of engagement and retention. The Product Manager will play a key role in product strategy & roadmap development, help to prioritize features, work with third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities, and support a broad list of client training, onboarding and adoption of our products. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support planning and execution of the full product lifecycle including: Product ideation, client acquisition, user on-boarding, retention and engagement strategies, go-to-market activities, and product analytics. * Work with other channel owners (Marketing Sciences, Media, Account, Creative, Third Party) to implement coordinated customer journeys. * Develop product messaging or feature recommendations based off the analysis of usage by users, feedback from clients and internal teams and working with internal and third-party collaborations. * Support the broader team in developing the product positioning, value proposition and go to market strategy * Provide thought leadership based on constant monitoring and upkeep on relevant marketing and user trends across platforms and industries. * Combine your marketing and tech industry knowledge to help craft the vision and roadmap of our products. * Work with the technology teams to implement and validate features for deployment * Engage directly with clients to develop strategic plans, present recommendations, and report results.
