GSA National Offers Excellent Benefits, Including:Competitive Pay Full Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and match, generous PTO/vacation time (14 days starting), holiday pay (12 days per year), and moreCareer Advancement Opportunities Accounts Payable Supervisor Role Summary: The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable team, directing the processing of invoices and payments, and supervising the day-to-day management of high-volume GSA client payables. Accounts Payable Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Trains and oversees accounts payable employees involved in billing functions.Facilitates the preparation, review and reconciliation of assigned accounts payable invoices.Leads new carrier billing implementation for new and existing clientsActs as primary point-of-contact for any internal or external accounts payable inquiries related to assigned clients.Assists with the fulfillment of internal and client audit requests.Assists with the organization of the permanent files and other financial information physically in file cabinets and electronically on the shared drives.Develops and maintains client and vendor relationshipsEnsures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records for client auditsThis list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed. Accounts Payable Supervisor Requirements:Bachelors Degree required. Concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred but not required.3+ years of accounts payable, accounting, finance and/or payroll experience with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory capacity required.Advanced Excel skills required. This includes knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOUP, and understands how to construct and manipulate data/formulas.Proficient knowledge of Outlook and Word.Must have experience with accounting software. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
