ECS is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Job Description: We are in need of a Recruiting Coordinator to assist our recruiting department and support all aspects of recruitment coordination and administration for our assigned business units; as well as handling telephone and e-mail liaison with hiring managers, recruitment team members, and candidates. Qualifying candidate will interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process. The Coordinator will also work on various research projects as needed. The Recruiting Coordinator requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team-based. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Scheduling, facilitating, and managing the interview process both on the phone and in person both locally and nationally. * Assist with posting ads * Sourcing resumes to Recruiting partners * Assists management (when needed) with recruiting including scrubbing databases, advertising, coordinating career seminars, posting positions online, searching resume databases, etc. * Occasionally (when needed) assist in extending offers of employment. * Facilitates the interview process and ensure a positive interview experience for interviews and candidates. * Performing weekly reports at times when the Recruiting Support Analyst is unavailable to do so. Required Skills: * 1+ years relevant experience in Recruiting/HR/Admin role. * Demonstrated openness to, and acceptance of, fluctuating business needs by maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor and flexibility with scheduling. * Maintain files, paperwork, and database. * Ability to remain responsive, polite, and professional in communication standards at all times with internal and external clients/customers. * Communicate effectively via electronic, written, and oral methods. * Respond to inquiries, voicemails, emails, etc., in a timely manner as defined by the organization. * Good organizational skills and practices. * Aides in collecting feedback and conducting debrief calls with interviewers. * Must have a professional manner as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. * Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly, write business correspondence and create reports, effectively present information and respond to questions from clients at all levels. * Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows) * Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement. * Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment.
