KBR is seeking a highly motivated Configuration Management Specialist to support the NRO's SIGINT Directorate. The successful candidate has demonstrated understanding of configuration management and control, and is able to work in a fast-paced government environment. Responsibilities: * Support the customer configuration management processes in accordance with the Configuration Management Plan, to include: schedule and track the Configuration Control Board (CCB); prepare, distribute, and archive CCB presentations and meeting minutes; maintain CCB action item status; and support the maintenance of the customer Configuration Management Plan. * Provide support to track and archive all CDRLs, responses to CDRLs, and CDRL approval letters for customer contracts. * Draft and publish Request for Change (RFC) documents as necessary to update customer-controlled documentation, to include acquisition specifications and interface control documents (ICD)s. * Review applicable NRO RFC documents and NRO Engineering Review Board (ERB) coordination and advise of related impacts to systems, plans, or processes. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in STEM field required * 3-5 years of experience in System Engineering processes * Understanding of configuration management best practices, FAR, DFAR * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (ie, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and SharePoint) * Excellent communication skills * Resourceful, proactive self-starter and proven problem-solver * Ability to quickly understand and respond to Government queries Desired Qualifications: * Over 5 years of experience * Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training or certification * Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information System Security Auditor (CISSA) Required Clearance: TS/SCI + poly
