The Office Manager/Operations Manager is responsible for leading team members to successfully achieve their professional goals, while contributing to Right at Home's overall business goals. * Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community. * Assures the office is profitable, compliant, and valuable to the local community. * Plans and implements the annual budget, completes team recruitment and retention plans, oversees client and employee satisfaction, and guides the sales and marketing plan. * Understands general payroll, invoice, and human resource activities. * Solves problems that arise on a day to day basis and looks for effective and efficient ways to improve company processes. * Manages the office. Does not need to be micromanaged and can make well informed decision without having to go to CEO or CFO often for approval. * The ideal candidate has a successful leadership and sales track record, finance experience, and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries. The desired candidate will possess the following: * College graduate or equivalent with two years of business management experience. * Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. * Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast pace environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours. * Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Adobe (ability to use tools to add text and consolidate multiple documents into one); QuickBooks) To apply, please submit rsum, cover letter and salary requirements to
