Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator manages a wide range of marketing processes and projects. He/she interacts with leadership, agents, vendors and partnered firms to ensure collateral and all communications reflect the brand of the partnered firms accurately. Principal Responsibilities: * Coordinates various integrated communication and marketing activities * Develops and maintains the graphic standards of marketing collaterals, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, digital assets, direct mail, social media posts and many other materials related to marketing. * Executes details related to direct mail, community involvement activities, email broadcast campaigns, public relations, client educational events, agent recruitment communications, promotions and other marketing plans. * Tracks campaigns, prepares performance analysis reports post-campaign and makes recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications. * Writes and maintains content and provides regular updates to websites, working with colleagues to develop case studies, references and testimonials. * Assists with the writing and maintenance of social media outlets: LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. * Produces newsletters and distributes through mass email systems. * Researches various branding opportunities. * Assists with the coordination of community events and firm sponsored seminars. * Assists with the development of lead generation plans with targeted prospects, measures and objectives. * Demonstrates a creative and thoughtful approach to marketing techniques. * Identifies appropriate promotional items and manages inventory. * Monitors the email system and other databases for mining opportunities * Other projects as assigned. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: * A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related is preferred. * Two or more years' Marketing experience is preferred. * Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. * Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Effective project management and time management skills, especially when working with others. * Sound understanding of marketing principles. * Experience writing and editing professional content. * Excellent social media and design skills. * Demonstrates high attention to detail. * Demonstrates the organization's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm's culture.
