Executive Assistant to high profile President/CEO for a large International not-for-profit sought.

Best candidates will have an advanced degree and be bilingual. (any language spoken in the EU is a plus)

Daily duties include: overseeing all administrative and logistical tasks for the President and CEO including but not limited to extensive calendar management and travel coordination; confidentially manage complex and sensitive matters internally and externally; draft and edit executive-level correspondence; organize and consolidate briefing material for meetings and public appearances; function as internal and external Executive Office liaison for scheduling and other administrative matters; manages filing system, both physical and digital and maintains high-level contacts database; take on special projects and additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • BA or MA in international relations, business, journalism, or related field
  • Three or more years of C-Suite support experience
  • Exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced, often changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team across the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated track record of success within Executive Office and C-Suite operations
  • Professional presence and demeanor, including ability to effectively interact with senior government officials and business leaders
  • Multi-cultural experience, background, and interest in international affairs and policy
  • Willingness and flexibility to work late evenings or on weekends as required
