We've developed a suite of internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale. The Capital One Software team is exploring how these internal solutions across cloud, data, governance, and applications could serve the needs of other companies born or built in the cloud.

This senior marketer will bring an enterprise perspective in setting the vision for our products in the technology category and their go-to-market strategy. They will leverage their experience in product marketing to forge relationships, create buy-in and develop a shared agenda with product managers and technologists across the company.

The PMM charter is to make our product lines successful in the market and with customers. They are champions of our products and define end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas, including all messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales and CS enablement and customer adoption. They don't just focus on top-of-funnel goals, but also on activation and adoption as a measure of product success. They are experts in our customers and products, and use their expertise to influence the product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for your product areas, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and customer adoption.

  • Create compelling roadmap messaging and product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results.
  • Lead a growing and evolving team of PMMs
  • Define and influence enterprise-wide B2B product/software marketing agenda
