Title: Marketing/Communications Specialist Client: Fannie Mae Work auth: H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, US Citizen Location: Off-site/Remote (Candidates need to be from Plano, Texas or DMV area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland) Description: ? The client is seeking a Marketing/Communications Specialist II to develop and support marketing campaigns and key messaging to mortgage servicers to drive awareness, advocacy, and adoption of business objectives. A Marketing/Communications Specialist II is responsible for the effective delivery of information and communications to business partners and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: ? Develop and manage marketing communications to mortgage servicers through a wide variety of channels and content types (eg, email, news articles, talking points, web, collateral, social media, short videos, etc.) to drive marketing performance. ? Establish relationships within Marketing & Communications and throughout the company to help provide business partners with the most effective solutions to business needs. ? Develop and maintain marketing campaigns and initiatives that communicate a compelling message to a specific audience to achieve desired outcomes. ? Build trust and credibility as a strategic communications partner. ? Draft and edit written communications. ? Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Top 3 Skills : ? Knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling products or services. ? Ability to manage project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion. ? Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills: ? Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. ? Ability to work independently and manage one?s time. ? Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams) and ability to work in other web-based applications (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce). Education/Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. ? 2-4 years related experience required. ? Experience in B2B financial services or mortgage industry preferred, but not required ? Additional Notes: Candidate can be from Plano, Texas or DMV area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland) Willingness to learn more about marketing business specifically in mortgage industry Manage external and internal resources Marketing communication and assets Servicing experience In mortgage industry ?
