Our work depends on a ServiceNow Project Manager joining our team to support customer activities at Arlington, VA.The ServiceNow Project Manager provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s). They review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepares status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The Project Manager is responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned project or task(s). Manages or directs resources required to perform assigned project or task(s).Duties Include:Shall be responsible for all reporting (such as SLAs, financial reporting, personnel), initiate onboarding, off boarding process, and supervision of contractor personnel.Responsible for staffing and staff performance reviewsOrganizes, plans, directs, staffs, and coordinates contract and subcontract activities as the authorized interface with the oversight manager, technical monitor, and government management personnel, and customer agency representatives; ensures compliance with Federal rules and regulations.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross-functional teams.A minimum of three years demonstrated experience in leading ServiceNow implementations.Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting capability, and process efficiency.Responsible to address afterhours escalations impacting the outage to the ServiceNow environmentsProvides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors.Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.Manages risk tracking process.Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaisonInteracts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.Coordinates development of deliverables and products.Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.Certification Requirements:Demonstrated experience and certifications in, Project Management, Scrum and DevOPS frameworks.ServiceNow Micro Certifications in Performance Analytics, Project Portfolio Management, Agile, and Test Management.QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience),5+ years of related work experienceMust be able to meet customer facility COVID requirementsWHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU:401K with company matchChallenging workInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerRewards program for high-performing employeesWe are GDIT.
