In this role, you will get an opportunity to understand the sales cycle, contract process, and learn the strategies that yield top-line revenue growth and new customer acquisition.The Leads Development Rep will be responsible for working closely with one or multiple new business representatives and account managers to identify and pursue sales opportunities, driving new business for DrFirst. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: New client research, follow-up on marketing campaigns, sales development calls, new client development, meeting scheduling, and assistance with account planning. Someone who is innovative, passionate, and driven with the desire to drive awareness of DrFirst products within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.A Grower - who will work to generate business and build strong relationships with the help of DrFirst tools.What you will work on:Prospecting: You will qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, using those leads to contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. You will also research your sales territory, prospecting for and identifying new clients.Networking: Work alongside business development reps and account managers to proactively prospect DrFirst solutions into industry and regionally targeted US-based accounts. This includes: researching and identifying key contacts; calling and emailing prospects to generate initial interest and scheduling calls or meetings with business development and account management team members when appropriate.Researching: You will become an expert on our software solutions, with emphasis on our secure communication solution, and the healthcare landscape in your territory through independent research and working with team members.Developing: You will record sales activities and assist business development reps and account managers in generating account plans for key targets. You will stay up-to-date on new products and services and assist in the development of sales presentations.Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreachExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presenceDesire and passion for a long-term career in salesAbility to engage the client and qualify opportunitiesAbility to coordinate across distributed teams to drive sales leadsTrack record of achieving required sales metricsAbility to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, knowledge of products and servicesDemonstrated ability to understand and communicate software solutionsAble to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures within the sales organizationBachelor's degreePhysical Requirements:90% Desk/phone work10% Standing/moving throughout the officeBenefits:We offer comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy as you grow in your life and career.
