ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation.Assist in compiling and distributing financial statements for ERP and affiliated entities.Record transactions for ERP and affiliated entities in accordance with GAAP.Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations.Produce routine management reports and other reports as requested.Assist in managing the Unanet accounting system, assigning and establishing accounts, job numbers, employee numbers, and organizational codes.Perform analysis and review, research, and reconcile account activity.Support internal and external audits.Maintain standard operating procedures.Other accounting duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.3-5 years of government contracting accounting work experience.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks going on simultaneously, with overlapping responsibilities and firm due dates.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel tools such as pivot tables and formulas.Required Attributes:Must be flexible, energetic, independent, a quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence.Self-motivated works effectively under pressure, detail, and deadline-oriented, multi-tasking abilities a must.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of staff & management.Preferred Experience:Experience with Unanet is highly desired.
